- Refine candidate list to begin recruiting
- Interview prospective candidates (Goodwin)
- Deliver weekly status reports and calls
- Assess and report Phase 2 candidates to client

3
Days 45-79
- Schedule finalist candidate interviews with client
- Continue to recruit, interview, and present candidates to client (ongoing)
- Manage second round of candidate/client interviews
Phase
4
Days 80-100
- Check references, verify credentials, degrees and certifications
- Assist candidates and family/spouse with critical items (like house hunting)
- Help client negotiate offer
- Communicate with other finalists appropriately to maintain client brand
