Goodwin Executive Search is pleased to announce the placement of Ryan Hegseth as Operations Site and Customer Delivery Lead at Accolade, a fast growing and innovative Healthcare Concierge Services business.
In his new role, Ryan will provide overarching leadership for running and continuing to build Accolade’s Delivery Center based in Scottsdale, Arizona. In addition, Ryan will assume responsibility for Accolade’s service delivery to key Accolade accounts. He brings a mission driven and altruistic mindset to his new role focused on directly helping individuals and families navigate through their healthcare needs.
Prior to joining Accolade, Ryan most recently served as Vice President of Strategy at the Make-A-Wish Foundation where over four years, he successfully led successful innovation initiatives, developed and created the strategy and planning function, and established lean, continuous improvement programs among a variety of other accomplishments.
Prior to Make-A-Wish, Ryan served as Vice President of Global Merchant Services Risk Operations at American Express. In this capacity, he oversaw a global team of 250 focused on minimizing merchant losses and delivering in excess of $120M in merchant fraud prevention and collections annually.
